Participation within industry-specific communities can lead to significant contributions from its members. The relationships formed with these customers, and your willingness to openly engage and collaborate with their talents, are terrific methods for augmenting your brand’s magic – the seed that sparks creative ideation, and builds compelling story behind each and every product. If you let them know that you are listening, you will receive feedback. How you respond to that feedback dictates its net impact.
